As frenetic as METZ’ taut, propulsive noise rock has been over their career, their sound has always constantly evolved and grown in its scope and layers. Their most recent album, Up on Gravity Hill, breaks new ground for the band musically and lyrically, zeroing in on human connection. METZ recently announced their indefinite hiatus, and we’re so pleased we’re able to preserve this tremendous performance from their (hopefully not) final tour.
